Welcome to OneProfile! This guide will help you get started.

Introduction

OneProfile is a platform to bring all of your social media profiles together in one place for your link-in-bio needs.

This guide will help you get started with OneProfile essentials like creating a profile, connecting socials, and customizing your profile.

In this guide, you will:

  • Create a profile
  • Connect social accounts
  • Add custom links
  • Upload a profile picture
  • Customize your profile

Creating a profile

To get started, you need to create an account. You can do this by clicking here. Once you have created an account, you will be redirected to a quick onboarding experience then the dashboard.

Connecting social accounts

  1. Go to the profile dashboard
  2. Click on Link account next to social account that you want to connect and follow the instructions

Issues you might face

  • I can't find the social account I want to connect

    If you can't find the social account you want to connect, it means that we don't support that social account yet. You can request support for that social account by contacting us.

  • I can't connect my Instagram account

    If you can't connect your Instagram account, check if you have a public profile and professional account.

    1. If you have a private profile, you can't connect it to OneProfile. You can make your profile public by going to your Instagram profile and clicking on Edit Profile and then Account Privacy and then Public Account.
    2. If you have a personal account, you can't connect it to OneProfile. You can make your account professional by going to your Instagram profile and clicking on Edit Profile and then Account Type and then Switch to Professional Account.
  1. Go to the profile dashboard
  2. Click on Add new link
  3. Enter the link name and URL
  4. Click on Save

Customizing your profile

There are multiple ways to customize your profile.

Uploading a profile picture

  1. Go to the profile dashboard
  2. Click on Change profile picture then Upload your own
  3. Select the image you want to upload
  4. Zoom in and out to crop the image if needed. Click on Confirm
  5. Click on Save

Changing your profile name

  1. Go to the profile dashboard
  2. Under Display Name enter a new name
  3. Click on Save changes

Changing your username / profile URL

  1. Go to the account dashboard
  2. Under Username click Edit and enter a new username
  3. Click on Save changes

Note: you can only change your username once every 14 days. Learn more

Changing your theme

  1. Go to the themes dashboard
  2. Click on the theme you want to use
  3. Click on Save changes

Note: premium users have access to more themes.

  1. Go to the profile dashboard
  2. Click on up or down arrow next to the social or link you want to move
  3. Click on Save changes
  1. Go to the profile dashboard
  2. Click on toggle next to the social or link you want to hide
  3. Click on Save changes
